Erin Gleeson is the New York Times bestselling cookbook author and artist behind the lifestyle brand The Forest Feast. She’s written 5 cookbooks plus an art book called The Watercolor Feast. The books have been translated into 10 languages and are now sold worldwide!

Rocio Navarro is a somatic water healer, ceremonialist, integration guide, and Sociologist with 20 years of experience in healing arts. Born to migrant parents from Michoacan, Mexico, and raised in Los Angeles, Rocio's practice is rooted in indigenous-based healing, epigenetics, sound healing, meditation, and holistic wellness.

Many years ago, we met in person in San Miguel de Allende.

Over the years we collaborated on all kinds of creative projects and from that friendship the SheDESIGNS podcast was born.
