  • The She DESIGNS panel will feature three female small business owners who’ve navigated the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. This engaging session will feature candid conversations on the theme of resilience- a quality every female small business owner possesses and continually refines. Challenges are inevitable on the entrepreneurial journey, but what sets us apart is our ability to rise, adapt, and keep moving forward. Following the panel, there will be an open Q&A. Enjoy sips and snacks while you learn, connect, and get inspired by the stories and experiences of fellow women in business.

  • Removing yourself from your every day environment can offer a change of perspective and help inspire new, fresh ideas for your business. Has your business evolved? What’s important to you NOW?? We invite you to think big, plan strategically and then take action.

  • We all crave more time to get creative! In this hands-on workshop, expert Prop Stylist and Author, Robin Zachary, will be teaching: How to Style Better Photos of Your Brand.

  • One of the highlights of this retreat is our exclusive home tour showcasing the best of San Miguel’s renowned design scene. Known as a global hot spot for interior and architectural inspiration, San Miguel offers stunning spaces that blend traditional Mexican craftsmanship with modern aesthetics.

  • This retreat also offers soothing downtime with a special emphasis on relaxation and rejuvenation. The retreat house. It’s an important container for the retreat experience. We chose this as our retreat house because of it’s traditional San Miguel aesthetic, lovely outdoor spaces and prime location.

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN…

Many years ago, we met in person in San Miguel de Allende.

Over the years we collaborated on all kinds of creative projects and from that friendship the SheDESIGNS podcast was born.

We thought SMA would be the perfect location for our first week-long SheDESIGNS retreat.

She DESIGNS is a podcast and emerging brand created by Christine Martin and Desha Peacock. Christine is a holistic interior designer based in Santa Cruz, California. Desha is a lifeSTYLE & small biz coach based in Brattleboro, Vermont.

We believe it’s possible to design a lifeSTYLE and successful business, working from anywhere, that aligns with your values and higher purpose. On the podcast, we highlight women in business who exhibit integrity, are ethically minded, and focus on “life first” businesses. This theme will be a thread throughout our time together.
